Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

Devology Labs has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, in any form and in any jurisdiction. We comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and equivalent international standards.

This policy applies to DEVOLOGY.IO Limited (London), DEVOLOGY LABS, LLC (Delaware), and Visdata Kft. (Budapest) and to all employees, contractors, agents, and any third party acting on our behalf.

It is prohibited to offer, promise, give, request, agree to receive, or accept any financial or other advantage in order to improperly influence a business decision, secure or retain business, or obtain an unfair advantage. This applies whether the other party is a client, supplier, public official, or anyone else.

Facilitation payments — small unofficial payments to expedite routine actions by officials — are also prohibited.

Reasonable, proportionate, and good-faith gifts or hospitality are permitted only where they are clearly legitimate, are not intended to influence a business decision, and are recorded if material in value.

When in doubt, decline. Gifts of cash or cash equivalents must never be offered or accepted.

Any concern about possible bribery or corruption must be raised with the directors immediately. Concerns can be raised in confidence and will be investigated fairly and promptly. Retaliation against anyone raising a genuine concern is itself a breach of this policy.

This policy is reviewed at least annually, or sooner if our operations or applicable legislation change materially.
