The problem
The public estate needed a simultaneous brand transition and a step-change in accessibility. Sony Group had strict accessibility standards, and accessibility wasn't yet embedded in how UX, product, and content teams shipped.
Our approach
- Engineered the public-website transition from Sony/ATV to Sony Music Publishing alongside Sony Group brand teams
- Led the WCAG 2.1 AA audit and remediation using Usablenet, in partnership with Sony Group
- Established accessibility-first playbooks and training for UX, product, and content teams
- Embedded accessibility review into the ongoing delivery process
