The problem

The public estate needed a simultaneous brand transition and a step-change in accessibility. Sony Group had strict accessibility standards, and accessibility wasn't yet embedded in how UX, product, and content teams shipped.

Our approach

  • Engineered the public-website transition from Sony/ATV to Sony Music Publishing alongside Sony Group brand teams
  • Led the WCAG 2.1 AA audit and remediation using Usablenet, in partnership with Sony Group
  • Established accessibility-first playbooks and training for UX, product, and content teams
  • Embedded accessibility review into the ongoing delivery process

Outcomes

  • Best Accessibility Website Award from Sony Group
  • Recognised as one of Sony's most accessible sites
  • Accessibility-first mindset embedded across UX, product, and content
